Arlington, VA, September 7, 2007 - SIGAL Construction Corp has been awarded various projects for Vornado/Charles E. Smith properties including new tenant build outs and renovations.
New tenant build outs include spaces at Tyson Dulles Suite 202, Crystal Mall Suite 401/402, 1550 Crystal Drive and Crystal Park III.
SIGAL is also working on Crystal Gateway I & II in Arlington, VA. The project will include the complete renovation of the main building lobby and ADA restroom renovations for 7 floors at Gateway I and 8 floors at Gateway II.
