The renovation of the restaurant will include high-end finishes as well as all new mechanical, electrical and sprinkler systems and a new kitchen. The work will be done while preserving the well-know Palm Restaurant design and caricature art painted on the dining room walls.

Scheduled on an extreme fast track, the project completion is slated for September 2007. The architect on the project is SKB Architecture & Design.
