Arlington, VA, November 04, 2008 – Sigal Construction Corporation, a leading Washington area general contractor, announced today that they have been awarded the Georgia Crossing Phase II contract by Old Bladensburg Properties, LLC c/o Greenhill Capital Corporation. 

The project combines with Georgia Crossing Phase I to expand the site at the Georgia Crossing Anchor Inn by the construction of an additional storefront tenant space in the Wheaton Maryland Central Business District.   

SIGAL Construction is currently finishing the associated site work and anticipates building completion in December 2008.
