DESCRIPTION:
This project consists of the buildout of the first seven floors in the Bowen Building, a previous SIGAL Base Building project. This project included a very high-end millwork package that featured an uncommon Tamo wood finish throughout the offices and core building areas. Tamo is an exotic wood grown only in Japan. SIGAL installed a new, custom glass staircase to connect the top three floors. Work included intricate millwork at perimeter offices, secretary stations and elevator lobbies, a three story stone and wood feature wall, custom sidelights and clerestories at the perimeter offices. A conference center with extensive millwork, fabric panels and stone was constructed on the ground floor.
